Austin-based Argyle Residential obtained approval from the Alamo City Heights City Council for a $40-million, mixed-use development. The project, which will be situated on 1.4 acres at 5514 Broadway St. in the San Antonio neighborhood, will offer 150 apartment units and 5,100 square feet of retail space. The project will also include 259 off-street parking spaces.

There is no word as to when the project will break ground; once construction launches, it will be completed in 22 months. Good Fulton and Farrell Architects is the architect of record; GFF collaborated with Overland Partners on the design. Rampart Construction Co. will be the project’s general manager.
