40K-SF Hillsborough Industrial Facility Sold for $8M 

SL Industrial Partners, an affiliate of The Silverman Group has acquired a 40,700-square-foot industrial property at 139 Stryker Lane in Hillsborough, New Jersey, from RC Fine Foods, with a final sale price of $8.3 million.  

The property is fully leased by RC Fine Foods, located on a six-acre site, featuring 30-foot clear heights, dock-high doors, a wet sprinkler system, and a roof-mounted solar system.  

The Cushman & Wakefield team, including Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, Mark Zaziski, Patrick Decker, and Dan Bottiglieri, represented the seller and secured the buyer.
