$400M, 42-Story Art Deco Tower Planned on Miracle Mile

Connect Apartments is planned next month in Los Angeles. You can get more information and register to attend on this link.

Plans were unveiled for a $400-million, 42-story multifamily tower on Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile. The Art Deco-styled luxury apartment development is proposed by the family of Walter N. Marks, which has owned the property at 5411 Wilshire Blvd. since 1968.

The 371-unit apartment project is envisioned for a site near the La Brea Avenue subway station. Once city approvals are secured, Marks anticipates the project opening in 2023.

The new tower was designed by Los Angeles architect Richard Keating, and features a curvilinear shape with overlapping windows that can open.

Amenities include a fifth-floor landscaped outdoor deck, as well as a private rooftop garden and lounge. Also planned are a dog exercise area, barbecues, two swimming pools, a gym, a two-lane bowling alley, a virtual reality gaming room, a golf simulator, dog-grooming space, demonstration kitchen, wine-tasting counter, billiard room and yoga studio.
