400K-SF Logistics Facility Underway in DFW Metroplex

Newport Beach, CA-based CT and affiliate, Port Logistics Realty (PLR), commenced construction on Oakdale Logistics Center, a 401,577-square-foot warehouse and distribution building in the Dallas suburb of Grand Prairie, TX. The underlying 24-acre parcel in the Great Southwest industrial submarket was acquired by the development team in 2017.

Oakdale Logistics Center will be a state-of-the-art cross dock distribution facility anticipated to be completed in Q1 2019. The facility at 949 W. Oakdale Rd. is planned with a 32-foot clear height, 520 feet of building depth and ample loading capacity that includes 75 dock-high doors and four grade-level doors, accessible via 185-foot deep truck courts.

CT’s James “Watty” Watson says, “The primary focus of CT’s growth strategy is to develop, own and manage a portfolio of logistics projects in high demand Tier 1 markets nationwide.”

The project marks the third DFW Metroplex development between CT and PLR.

The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.
