Hawkins Development has selected Mosaic as their general contractor to revitalize the currently vacant commercial lot at 2920 N. 56th Street in Phoenix into 40 luxury townhomes.

The site, prominently located at the entrance to Arizona Country Club, has been vacant since late 2014. Mosaic is overseeing all aspects of construction, including demolition, land development, and vertical construction.

56 at Arcadia will transform the empty site into a luxury rental community in one of Phoenix’s more established neighborhoods. Residents will be able to choose from two and three-bedroom options, ranging from 1,206 – 1,582 square feet, with attached garages and covered patios. The gated community also includes private amenities, such as a ramada with BBQ and a walking loop.

Mosaic specializes in build-to-rent. They have built 20,000 BTR units in 100+ communities nationally.
