40 Exchange Place Renews Three Leases

GFP Real Estate has secured three lease renewals totaling 12,385 square feet at 40 Exchange Place in Manhattan’s Financial District.  

Mobilo, a tech firm specializing in smart business cards, signed a short-term lease for 6,000 square feet on the 13th floor. Creative branding agency Loyalkaspar extended its lease for 5,725 square feet on the 15th floor for two years. Z&Li Wellness Acupuncture renewed its lease for 660 square feet on the 17th floor for five years.  

The terms of the deals were not disclosed, but asking rents at the building are approximately $45 per square foot. Allen Gurevich and Matthew Colavita of GFP Real Estate, represented the owner, GFP Real Estate, and the tenants in each of the direct transactions.
