4-Decade Veteran Anita Grossberg Moves Over to Elliman Commercial

Anita Grossberg has joined Douglas Elliman Commercial after 13 years with Neal Sroka of Douglas Elliman’s Sroka Worldwide Team. Grossberg brings four decades of industry knowledge, handling both leasing and investment sales.

“In the 13 years that I’ve worked with Anita Grossberg, time and time again she has shown herself to be one of the best tenant representation brokers in the business,” said Sroka.

Recent retail deals include Livly at 108 Reade St., Cailler Chocolate at 408 W. 14th St. and The Holtz Group at 81 Fleet Place in Brooklyn. In the office sector, she has arranged leases for Educators 4 Excellence at 80 Pine St., Value Penguin at 597 Fifth Ave. and DRNA at 1270 Ave. of the Americas. Grossberg also handled the leasing of the entire townhouse at 5 W. 54th St. to The Curated NYC by Christian Siriano, with retail, showroom, and office components.
