Developers paid $4.1 million for a 57,708-square-foot development site at 62 Cedar Swamp Rd. in Glen Cove, NY.

“The Glen Cove area has certainly received attention from developers. With the recent start of construction of the Garvies Point Waterfront development project, the area is growing in popularity,” said Benjamin Efraimov of Cushman & Wakefield.

The property has more than 240 feet of frontage, and is zoned for retail development.

“The site is also easily accessible to commuters via the LIRR and with the launch of a ferry service in the near future, which will transport into Manhattan from Garvies Point,” said Efraimov.
