3Step Sports Makes a Play for 64K SF at Brickstone Square in Andover
3Step Partners has added a long-term, 64,000-square-foot lease at 300 Brickstone Square in downtown Andover, MA to its playbook. The youth sports company will occupy space on the 4th and 9th floors.
Blake Baldwin, Shayne O’Neil and Petra Flynn of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, KS Partners, in the transaction. Matt Quinlan of SVN Parsons represented the tenant.
“We are thrilled to welcome 3Step Sports to the building in one of the largest office leases signed in Andover so far this year,” said Baldwin.
Brickstone Square is a 1,031,849-square-foot, four-building office campus that is turning 100 years old this year. The property recently underwent extensive capital improvements resulting in expanded café services, on-site bistro, fitness center, game room and outdoor patio. The asset also features a conference center and 3,000 parking spots.
