3PL Tenant Leases 205K SF in Rancho Dominguez
The Klabin Company/CORFAC International finalized a 65-month lease on behalf of Crown Associates Realty, Inc., for its industrial distribution facility at 20100 Alameda St. in Rancho Dominguez. An undisclosed U.S. third-party logistics company will occupy the 205,435-square-foot distribution and warehouse facility, which includes 10,255 square feet of office space within a concrete tilt-up building added in 2024.
Crown Associates was represented by Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, Courtney Bell, Tyler Rollema, SIOR and Scott Andersen of The Klabin Company. The tenant was represented by Chuck Littell, SIOR, of Colliers.
The property sits on 405,544 square feet of land and includes an adjacent 1.6-acre yard for parking/trailer storage. “This strategically located facility will significantly increase the tenant’s shipping efficiencies,” said Stringfellow. “With direct access to the region’s major transportation hubs in the prime Los Angeles industrial market, the property is well positioned to support the firm’s continued growth and customer fulfillment objectives.”
