3PL Provider Relocating to Bucksbaum MXU

CBRE has arranged Strive Logistics’ relocation to Bucksbaum Retail Management’s NEWCITY mixed-use development at 1457 N. Halsted in Lincoln Park. The 3PL provider will begin occupying 20,033 square feet there beginning in November, moving over from 3008 N. Lincoln Ave.

The move to NEWCITY represents an expansion for the tenant. “Strive has been growing significantly, and this move is an excellent opportunity to expand our office space to accommodate new talent,” said company president Jon Provus. “The new space will allow for a much more effective and efficient workplace, and the NEWCITY development will provide our employees with arguably the best location and amenities in the city.”

CBRE’s Kevin McLennan and David Saad represented Strive in the transaction. Their colleagues Jake Ehrenberg and Scott Brandwein advised Bucksbaum.
