3PL Provider Opts for Massive Renewal in SE Wisconsin

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

3PL provider Arvato Digital Services has signed a 534,384-square-foot lease renewal at 11500 80th Ave. in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Colliers International Chicago’s Fred Regnery and Jack Rosenberg represented Arvato in the transaction.

“Though we conducted a full site selection in northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin, it was apparent after our search that our client’s current location was still the one best-suited for their operational and labor needs,” said Regnery.

The Pleasant Prairie property will continue to serve as the Midwest hub for Arvato, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. The warehouse/distribution center features 20,000 square feet of office, 40 exterior docks, four drive-in doors and 32-foot clear ceiling height. CenterPoint has owned the property since 2009.
