3PL Provider Signs Union City Lease Renewal

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term lease renewal for Forward Air at 30108-30118 Eigenbrodt Way, a 234,559-square-foot manufacturing facility situated in the Alvarado Business Center in Union City. The tenant, a single-source third-party logistics provider, will continue occupying 135,860 square feet at the property, where it has been a tenant since 2018.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kate Woodcox, Rory Murray, Nicholas Bruha and Rusty Smith represented the tenant.

The tenant has signed “nearly 500,000 square feet in lease renewals within the 880 Corridor over the past six months,” said Woodcox. “This substantial renewal activity represents a long-term confidence and optimism in the Bay Area industrial market that we are seeing from 3PL businesses across the board.”

30108-30118 Eigenbrodt Way offers a range of features for manufacturing and distribution tenants. The property includes 20 dock-high doors and four grade-level doors, a 1/1,000 parking ratio and a 30′ clear height throughout the warehouse.
