3PL Firm Moves to Fulton Market to Accommodate Expansion

MB Real Estate arranged a 93,710-square-foot lease on behalf of MoLo Solutions, a third-party logistics company. Associate broker Kayla Beljan represented MoLo in its move to 167 N. Green St. in the Fulton Market District.

“We are thrilled to have represented MoLo in their search for a new headquarters,” said Beljan. “167 N. Green St. is arguably one of the most sought-after buildings in the city of Chicago. This is a pivotal decision that will undoubtedly support MoLo’s efforts to attract and retain top talent as they continue to grow.”

Founded four years ago, MoLo has grown to more than 500 employees and plans to expand significantly over the next few years, which ultimately led the company to lease the property’s 14th and 15th floors.

Beljan worked closely with Paige O’Neil and Annie Aldrich of Shapack Partners, the broker representatives of 167 N. Green St.
