$3M Sale of Burger Joint Sets New Pricing Standard for Nashville
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Burger Joint, a 2,210-square-foot retail property on Centennial Boulevard in Nashville, TN, for $2.5 million.
Michael Havens, Ronnie Wenzler and Madison Wenzler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Burger Joint. Mikyung Bang acquired the restaurant.
“We couldn’t be happier for Burger Joint, who was able to sell this retail establishment at a premium for over $1,162 per square foot,” said Havens. “This likely sets a record for the amount charged per square foot for the area, and a new standard for pricing.”
Key features of the fully furnished property include a full commercial kitchen and bar that was renovated in 2019 and connectivity to Interstate 40, Interstate 440 and downtown Nashville.
The property also benefits from Nashville’s robust growth and is surrounded by several developments, including the 38-acre master-planned Bexley Silo Bend Apartments project.
