396-Unit Beacon Hill Apartments Sells, Undergoes Rebranding

Pacific Team Management ended its hold on Beacon Hill Apartments, selling the 396-unit property to WindMass Capital. The new owner is implementing a value-add program for the 80%-occupied complex at 9959 Adleta Blvd. on Dallas’ far northeast side, already renaming it The Edison.

Dan McQuaid with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services led the team in the transaction. “The seller achieved a great result and can now reposition their capital,” he said. “The buyer acquired an excellent investment opportunity in which they will be able to increase the value of the multifamily asset through upgrades.”

The property offers one and two-bedroom floor plans. The 1980s apartment complex’s amenities include a fitness center, spa and pool, racquetball court, package service and clubhouse.
