Two adjacent developments are set to bring 396 homes to Celina that are expected to be available for lease starting in late 2026. Taylor Morrison is building the Yardly Frontier and Yardly Sutton Fields build-to-rent homes.

The homes will be located at the northeast corner of FM 1385 and Tudor Place.

Yardly Frontier in Celina is expected to be a $60 million project. It will include 246 units. The development will feature a combination of one—to three-bedroom single-story cottage homes and two-story homes with garages, ranging in size from 700 to 1,400 square feet.

Yardly Sutton Fields in Celina is expected to cost $55 million to build. This development will feature 150 single-family detached two-story homes with two to four bedrooms. These will include garages and range between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet in size.

Both developments will have their own leasing office and pool. There will also be a shared dog park and open space between the two properties.
