384-Room San Antonio Airport Hotel Trades Hands

Hospitality and multifamily investor LXMI Capital acquired the DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport. The company scored a $36.4 million acquisition loan from Fortress Investment Group. The property at 611 NW Loop 410 had been owned by Presidian Hospitality.

Situated at 611 Northwest Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas, roughly two miles from San Antonio International Airport, the hotel features 384 guest rooms and approximately 14,659 square feet of meeting and event space.

Amenities include free self-parking, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle service. The 13-story hotel has room rates between $109-$169.

Presidian bought the hotel in 2019 and immediately began a $10 million renovation plan. The hotel was built in 1981 as La Mansion del Norte.
