NJ Multi-Tenant Industrial Property Sold for $11M

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of 125 Broad Ave., a three-building industrial property in North Bergen, New Jersey, for $11.1 million. The property, constructed in 2004 on 2.86 acres, comprises 21 units with two loading docks, 26-foot ceiling height, 21 drive-in doors, and 50 parking spaces. Each unit features 150 square feet of office space.

Mark Gjonbalaj, Alan Cafiero, and Giacomo Fiorenza of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, and facilitated the transaction with the buyer, a New York-based limited liability company.
