The 3-million-square-foot Exxon Mobil campus in Springwoods Village, north of Houston, is being joined by HP Inc., which signed a lease for a new campus. The 378,000-square-foot office complex will go north on 12 acres near Interstate 45 North and the Grand Parkway. Upon its completion in Q3 2018, the campus will host up to 2,400 HP employees.

The development team of Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate Co. and CDC Houston plans to begin construction early this year on the project. The plans call for two buildings, one four stories, the other five stories, that will be connected by a bridge to CityPlace Plaza. CityPlace is a lakefront outdoor gathering place for office workers, residents and workers.

Springwoods Village is a 2,000-acre site, developed by CDC Houston.
