370-Unit Oak Cliff Project to Set Aside Apartments for “Essential Workers”

Mintwood Real Estate and MSquared broke ground on Loma, an Oak Cliff development that will deliver 370 luxury apartment homes, with 187 reserved for essential workers earning between 50% and 80% of the area median income (AMI).

Amenities will include a pool, rooftop sky lounge, sauna, cold plunge, co-working spaces, children’s play areas, dog park, and state-of-the-art fitness center

The Design Team is led by WDG Architecture and Swoon, the Studio (interiors).

Loma is being developed in partnership with the Dallas Public Facility Corporation.

Mintwood has a portfolio of 5,000 residential units, 500,000 square feet of retail space and a capitalization of $2 billion.

MSquared says it is a women-owned real estate impact platform focused on creating mixed-income, mixed-use projects that promote affordability, sustainability, and diversity.
