354-Unit San Antonio Luxury Apartment Hits Milestone

The constructors of 300 Main reached the 32 floor, topping off what will be San Antonio’s newest high-rise residential building. Weston Urban, along with general contractor Rogers-O’Brien Construction are basically half way through the process, with delivery slated for 2024. It broke ground in 2022. The project is subject to a $91 million construction loan from Bank OZK originated last year, according to Yardi Matrix data.

Multihousing News reports the building was designed by Page Southerland Page and will encompass approximately 696,000 square feet, including 6,275 square feet of ground-floor retail. The community will include two amenity decks, a fitness center and a swimming pool, as well as a six-story parking garage with 450 parking spaces.

Located at 305 Soledad St., in an Opportunity Zone, the site is located in the heart of downtown San Antonio, close to interstates 10, 35 and 37. It is situated within a highly walkable area, which features numerous retail, dining and entertainment options.
