350-Unit Transit-Oriented MF Planned in Denver
Early Bird Alert: Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.
Los Angeles-based CityView acquired a property in Denver that it plans to develop as Colorado Station in partnership with Houston-based The Dinerstein Companies. The proposed Class A, 350-unit multifamily development will replace an underutilized retail center.
Colorado Station is envisioned as a transit-oriented development at Colorado Boulevard and Evans Avenue. The property is located minutes from Cherry Creek, and is a short light rail ride to both Downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
The project will feature high-end interior finishes and amenities such as a resort-style pool, aqua lounge, outdoor cabanas, mountain-facing roof terrace, expansive fitness center and an on-site virtual skiing simulator. Cuningham Group Architects designed a contemporary apartment community with warm mountain modern finishes.
Groundbreaking is slated for August 2017, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2019.
