350 Madison Tenants Expand in Full-Floor Deals

Two tenants at RFR Realty’s 350 Madison Ave. have expanded their footprints. The 400,000-square-foot property now has only one availability, the 19,516-square-foot ninth floor.

Global specialist insurance broker JLT has doubled its space from 19,516 square feet to 39,032 square feet, adding another floor to its existing full-floor lease. The new lease runs for approximately 10 years. Investment firm Certares Management Corp. has signed a 10-year, 19,516-square-foot lease expansion for the entire eighth floor.

The leases were negotiated on behalf of ownership by AJ Camhi, SVP and director of leasing at RFR, along with a JLL team including Alexander Chudnoff, Mitchell Konsker, Daniel Turkewitz and Diana Biasotti. CBRE’s Jared Freede and Ken Rapp of CBRE acted on behalf of JLT.

“We are very satisfied with the successful repositioning of 350 Madison, and with the strong interest in the last remaining floor, we should be 100% leased very soon,” said Camhi.
