35-Year Veteran Scott Silverstein Joins Kidder Mathews

Scott Silverstein has joined Kidder Mathews in the San Fernando Valley as an SVP. He brings more than 35 years of experience specializing in office leasing and sales in Greater Los Angeles to the company. 

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Silverstein was with Lee & Associates for more than 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $1 billion in transactions. His clients have included GE Capital, Nomura USA/Japan, and the State of California. 

His most recent notable transactions include the sale of a 48,000-square-foot office building in Woodland Hills; a 10-year, 17,040-square-foot office lease in the Warner Center in Woodland Hills; and a 30,979-square-foot lease in Corporate Pointe at West Hills. 

Silverstein sat on the committee to create the Warner Center 2035 Specific Plan, one of the largest planned residential and business communities in the western U.S.
