35 South Capital and Lee & Associates have acquired 10497 Town and Country Way, a 150,000 square foot office building on Houston’s west side. The property will house both companies, with Lee & Companies overseeing the leasing and property management.

The two commercial real estate firms say they agreed on 10497 Town and Country Way due to its attractive location, historical occupancy and recent $4.5 million renovation. Lee & Associates Chris Lewis had more, “Our company has been fortunate to have our Houston headquarters located in such a great area for some time, and we have been seeking an asset to purchase in order to continue our growth in what is now the center of Houston.”

The seller was an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners. They were represented by Kevin McConn and Rick Goings of JLL Capital Markets.
