Master planned community set for Bastrop County

348 Acre Master-Planned Community Coming to Bastrop County

It’s being called Adelton, a 348-acre, mixed-use, master-planned community that’s on the way to Bastrop, Texas.

When complete, the community will build more than 1,200 housing units, 125,000 square feet of commercial space, four miles of trails, as well as over 50 acres of parks, greenbelts and open spaces to a site that’s fewer than 30 miles east of downtown Austin. West Bastrop Village Ltd. is the developer behind Adelton.

A total of 90 single-family homes and two commercial sites will be included in the first phase. For Phase II, Adelton will deliver a wider range of single-family detached homes, higher-density rental properties, along with neighborhood-scale retail and employment opportunities.

The development is near a number of employment options. SpaceX’s Project Echo and The Boring Company’s manufacturing site is approximately six miles away.
