Colliers has secured a 340,000-square-foot lease at 300 Winner Court in the Virginia Inland Port Logistics Center, Port Royal, VA.

340K SF Absorbed at Virginia Inland Port Logistics in Front Royal

Colliers has secured a new 340,000-square-foot lease at the Virginia Inland Port Logistics Center.

The property at 300 Winners Court is a Class A warehouse/distribution space located on 20 acres of land. The center, which is located along Route 522 just outside the Town of Front Royal, VA, has been leased to a Fortune 500 company for 10 years.

John Lesinski and Ben Luke of Colliers represented the owner, Equus Capital Partners, while JLL represented the tenant.

“The Virginia Inland Port Logistics Center offers a trophy-class working environment in a strategic location near both I-66 and I-81, which provides superior access to both the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and the Shenandoah Valley,” said Lesinski.
