Washington Prime Group has launched its $33 million renovation project on Pearlridge Center, a regional shopping center located in Aiea, HI. The 1.2-million-square-foot Pearlridge, at 98-1005 Moanalua Rd., consists of two enclosed venues referred to as Uptown and Downtown.

Washington Prime Group, headquartered in Columbus, OH, will significantly remodel Pearlridge Downtown with a contemporary dining space, interior and exterior finishes and entryways, and the addition of tenants including Down to Earth specialty grocers, Pieology, Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Lindbergh.

The renovation will be completed in phases, with the first completion taking place in Q2 2017. Additional renovations will take place throughout 2018.
