$33M 1031 Exchange Completed in Victorville
Arcadia, CA-based Positive Investments acquired two multifamily properties in SoCal’s Inland Empire for a total of $33 million. The 320-unit portfolio includes The Colony and Golden Sands (pictured), both in Victorville.
The Colony is located at 14450 El Evado Rd., and contains 200 units. The 94%- occupied property features such amenities as a fitness center, basketball court, designated pet stations and two swimming pools. The 97%-occupied Golden Sands contains 120 units, and is located at 15930 Nisquali Rd. The site features two swimming pools and spas and BBQ areas.
CBRE’s John Montakab and Stewart I. Weston represented the buyer in the 1031 exchange, as well as the seller, Denver-based Sagebrush Companies.
