336-Units Going in Across From Dallas National

Miami-based Resia (formerly AHS Residential) will deliver the units across eight 3-story garden-style buildings. The company just received its financing and is ready to go. Fifth Third Bank and Pearlmark provided the construction loan for the project.

The Resia Dallas National is located across from the renowned golf course. It’s meant to appeal to young professionals and families alike. The project will offer one, two and three-bedroom floor plans featuring amenities such as assigned parking, business center and a multipurpose clubhouse with a pool and fitness center.

After establishing a presence in Florida, this is Resia’s first development in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The company has since opened offices in Dallas and Houston. Tenants are expected to be able to move in third quarter of 2023.
