334K-SF Lease Shows Why DFW is a Key Regional Distribution Hub

A 337,913-square-foot lease was recently inked by SiteOne Landscape Supply at 1200 W. Wintergreen Rd. in Hutchins, TX. The property is located near the intersection of Wintergreen Road and Interstate 45, with access to the Dallas-Fort Worth’s major thoroughfares as well as proximity to the Union Pacific Intermodal and the second largest U.S. FedEx Ground facility.

Adam Curran, David Eseke, Gary Collett and Jeff Eisenhart of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Cabot Properties is the landlord.

“This deal represents the continued expansion of home improvement suppliers in the industry and the major reasons why Dallas-Fort Worth is an important regional distribution hub destination for national suppliers,” says Curran.
