33-Year Veteran Paulson Joins Greenspring Realty

Thirty-three-year industry veteran David Paulson has joined Greenspring Realty Partners (GRP) in Baltimore as SVP. He will work with users of office, flex and warehouse space to help implement solutions to their commercial real estate needs in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan region.

Likewise, he will provide both transactional and consulting services to tenants, landlords and investors.

Paulson was formerly associated with Blue & Obrecht Realty as SVP, and spent six years with the firm. He also worked as a brokerage professional with Manekin Commercial Real Estate and Corridor Commercial Real Estate, and served as VP of leasing for Parkway Companies.

Throughout his career, he has executed more than 30 transactions annually, for a total approaching 900 closed deals with a cumulative value exceeding $750 million.

“GRP is an entrepreneurial company, and this philosophy aligns with my real estate investor, landlord and tenant clients that also operate in this proactive manner,” said Paulson.
