33 Realty, a Chicago-based property management company that also provides estate brokerage, leasing, and construction services, has been selected to market the Waterfall Glen Condominiums in Willowbrook, Illinois, listed at $51.65 million.

Built in 1970, the property is situated on 24.28 acres consisting of 304 units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. 33’s Principal and Investment Broker Sean Connelly, Broker Matt Petersen and Broker Liam Moore are leading the marketing for the property.

Waterfall Glen is located close to the Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. Recent capital improvements to the property include new roofs installed between 2018 and 2022, new HVAC systems, and updated sidewalks. The area is known for its low taxes and easy access to the metro Chicago region, making it attractive to retail, commercial and light industrial businesses as well as residents.
