325-Unit Aviva Going North for $63M

Florida-based Housing Trust Group (HTG) launched construction on the 325-unit Aviva at 8350 E. Baseline Rd. in Mesa, AZ. The $63-million luxury gated apartment community is HTG’s first multifamily project in the Phoenix metro, and is anticipated to deliver in 2018.

The developer received financial assistance in the form of a $47.1 million construction loan from Walker & Dunlop. Biltform Architecture Group is the project architect, while Chasse Building Team is the general contractor. According to the HTG website, Aviva will offer amenities including fitness and business centers, large pool and deck area, large spa, available garages, and dog parks and trails.

Aviva will offer one, two, and three-bedroom units in two and three-story buildings.
