Marcus Partners Fully Leases West Bridgewater Warehouse

Marcus Partners said Monday that 4Wall Entertainment, a full-service lighting, video and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry has signed a lease to fully occupy a brand-new 88,200-square-foot Class A warehouse building at 7 Manley St. in West Bridgewater, MA.

Located directly off Route 24 and currently under construction, the West Bridgewater building is expected to be completed next month. Marcus also has a 168,000-square-foot industrial property under construction in Andover, MA.

“This outcome validates our strategy of taking a measured approach to new industrial development where we are limiting our investment into projects that best match tenant demand (targeting tenants < 250,000 square feet), in locations that offer superior highway access within established institutional submarkets,” said Marcus Partners principal and head of construction Josh Berman. “Our project in Andover continues that strategy.”
