315 Park South’s Office Space is Now Spoken For

Financial data provider Pitchbook snagged the last remaining floor at Columbia Property Trust’s 315 Park Ave. South, the REIT said Wednesday. With the new Pitchbook deal, completed at the close of 2018 and giving the tenant three full floors, Columbia has now leased all available office space at the repositioned 331,000-square-foot Midtown South property.

“When we purchased 315 Park Ave. South four years ago, we saw the opportunity to capture creative and discerning tenants migrating to Midtown South, one of the most desirable submarkets in Manhattan,” said Nelson Mills, Columbia’s CEO. “With all of that availability now leased at long-term attractive rates, 315 Park South has proven its ability to attract and retain discriminating, high-profile tenants.”

The 99% leased property does have one remaining availability: a 3,500-square-foot retail space for which Columbia is in advanced talks with a prospective tenant.
