30K-SF Office Leases Signed in Hunt Valley 

Insurance advisory firm RCM&D is set to relocate its Baltimore County headquarters from Towson to Hunt Valley, Maryland. The firm has signed a lease for 24,904 square feet of space at 4 North Park, a commercial office building within the North Park Business Community.  

Additionally, financial planning group Jacob William Advisory has signed a lease for 4,402 square feet within the same building and is relocating from the Lutherville area. 4 North Park is part of a five-building office complex located in the Hunt Valley business community. 

Joe Bradley of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented North Park Ventures, LLC in both lease transactions, while Mark Deering of MacKenzie represented RCM&D, and Clare Berrang, formerly with Newmark, represented Jacob William Advisory.
