30K SF Co-Working Space Opens inside Choctaw Stadium

It used to be the home field for the MLB Texas Rangers. They’ve since moved into more modern digs, but Choctaw Stadium has been converted into a true, multi-use facility. Pro Rubgy, soccer and the XFL play at the field along with numerous college and high school events. And in addition, the new owners have converted a lot of the space into offices.

Spark Arlington, a coworking space has officially opened inside the stadium. The space is the newest coworking community from The Cordish Companies, which partnered with the Texas Rangers to develop the space inside the stadium. The new 30,000-square-foot, two-level coworking space has dedicated and non-dedicated workstations, 61 private offices, and 17 suites. Among the features at Spark Arlington: Shared Kitchen, Gourmet Local Coffee and Craft Beer, Lounge Space,Indoor Bike Storage, Fitness Center, Meeting Rooms with Online Scheduling, Event Space for Groups and more. Costs range from $15 for a day pass to $2,950 a month for a suite.
