307-Unit Seaport Apartment Property Slated for March 2020 Completion

Gables Seaport, a 307-unit apartment property in Boston’s Seaport being developed by Gables Residential and Drew Co., is nearing completion. The 23-story building is slated for a March 2020 opening.

Once completed, the property will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as an outdoor terrace, lounge and pool. The building will also include 1,379 square feet of retail space. Additionally, Gables Seaport plans to achieve LEED Silver certification, and will incorporate a number of green building and efficiency features.

The building was designed by CBT Architects. Halvorson Design served as the architect for the roof deck and amenity spaces.
