Greenberg Gibbons and MCB Real Estate announced that The Ironwood at Waldorf Station, a Class A apartment community, is now leasing. The community, conveniently based in rising hub Waldorf, Maryland, welcomed its first residents in August.

Located within the 150-acre Waldorf Station master-planned community, The Ironwood introduces 302 luxury residences with amenities including a resort-style pool and sundeck, a modern clubhouse with co-working and entertainment spaces, and a fitness center.
