300K-SF Urban Campus Underway in Portland

Portland, OR-based Project and Washington, D.C.-based National Real Estate Advisors broke ground on Field Office, one of the largest spec office projects in the Rose City. Located on a 2.5-acre site along Northwest Front Ave., the 300,000-square-foot urban mixed-use campus is expected to be completed by early 2018.

In addition to two six-story buildings, the project will have roughly 23,000 square feet of ground-level space, slated for either retail or office use, as well as 355 underground parking spaces, and bike parking.

Planned amenities feature 17 outdoor spaces, including high park terraces, communal areas and a commuter lounge. Designed by Hacker architects, the project will also be highlighted by green roofs and other sustainable elements.

JLL’s Jake Lancaster and Annalore Rodman will handle the office leasing, and Urban Works Real Estate the retail space.
