300K-SF One Daytona at the Starting Line

International Speedway Corp. has waved the green flag, and launched construction on One Daytona, a 300,000-square-foot, mixed-use project in Daytona Beach. The development is across from ISC’s Daytona International Speedway, which hosts the Daytona 500 NASCAR race and similar events.

One Daytona is anticipated to open in fall of next year, with development costs estimated between $120 million-$150 million. The project will be anchored by a 67,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops Outpost, and a 12-screen Cobb Theater. ISC has also signed leases with retailers including Guitar Center, Tervis, It’Sugar, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, and Venetian Nail Spa.

One Daytona will also include a 144-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, a 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites, and a 268-unit multifamily property being developed by Prime Group.
