300K-SF 6333 Legacy Planned for Campus at Legacy West

Less than two weeks after unveiling plans for its HQ53 in Plano, TX, Cawley Partners is at it again. The Dallas-headquartered developer announced 6333 Legacy, a 300,000-square-foot, 15-story speculative office building in West Plano’s mixed-use Campus at Legacy West.

The building, designed by Morrison Dillworth + Walls, will include a fitness center, open air terrace, restaurant, bar and conference venue. A groundbreaking date was not announced, with Bill Cawley telling the “Dallas Morning News” that he would like to see “a bit of preleasing before I go ahead.” Avison Young’s John Conger, David Quisenberry and Jeannette Del Bosque are handling leasing for the building.

Campus at Legacy West is a 105-acre development containing 1.8 million square feet of office space, as well as a food-and-beverage hall, fitness center, wellness/medical center, daycare and a pet care facility. Japanese Miyako Hotel recently announced it would develop a 250-key property adjacent to 6333 Legacy.
