3,000 Acre Business Park Advancing in N. Arizona
Atlas Global plans to develop a 3,000+ acre industrial site in Winslow, Ariz. supporting an investment in the city’s future with manufacturing facilities for clean energy industries, medical care facilities, education, parks and recreation and retail. The US Department of Transportation has provided a million-dollar grant so Atlas can begin preparing engineering plans for the project.
The I-40 TradePort Corridor (I40TPC) is an 805-mile, multi-state coalition to develop a network of clean energy logistics hubs as an integral part of the nation’s supply chain solution. The project aims to circumvent the increasingly slow supply chain performance of the Inland Empire in Southern California and to address future negative impacts to the national supply chain. JLL will serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the project, “I40TPC Winslow is the next chapter in Arizona’s industrial evolution, providing a unique mega-site with multimodal connectivity and modern facilities, but without the rising barriers to market entry,” said JLL’s Bill Honsaker.
