300 West Condos Score Sales Success

On the heels of launching sales late this summer with a waitlist of more than 700 registrants, the 300 West condominium project at 300 W. 122nd St. in South Harlem has gone into contract on more than 20 units in less than 60 days.

Varying in size, the recent contracts include two large three-bedroom residences, which sold for a combined total of nearly $4.65 million.

“The response has been overwhelming and it’s incredibly gratifying to see such enthusiasm for our project,” said Rachel Medalie, principal at Happy Living Development, the firm behind the building, and sales director for DE. “Each unit purchased at 300 West has been sold for the original asking price.” Closings are slated for the end of 2020.

Starting pricing for the 170 residences at 300 West begin at $499,000 for a studio and go up to $3.4 million for a four-bedroom.
