300 West Condos in South Harlem Launch Sales

300 West, a luxury condominium project at 300 W. 122nd St. in South Harlem, recently launched sales, with prices starting at $499,000. Developed by Bespoke Living, a division of Happy Living Development, the property recently topped out and is set to commence closings in less than 12 months.

The 15-story property was designed by Isaac & Stern Architects, with interiors by Paris Forino. It’s Forino’s first project in Harlem.
“We are excited to unveil 300 West in a thriving area that rarely sees new development of this size and scale,” said Rachel Medalie, principal at Happy Living Development and sales director for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

She added, “Bringing together a team of well-known collaborators to create a timeless modern product that honors its surroundings while offering a truly exceptional lifestyle and value, 300 West is unlike anything available on the market in South Harlem.”
