300-Unit Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch Sells

Developer SWBC Real Estate LLC sold the 300-unit Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch apartment complex to a midwest buyer. The property at 11650 Alamo Ranch Pkwy. on San Antonio’s far west side sold to an out-of-state buyer for an undisclosed amount. The Bexar County Appraisal District assessed the Class A asset at $41.1 million. The sale was brokered by Will Balthrope and Jordan Featherston of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap.

SWBC delivered Twin Creeks in 2016. The complex offers one, two and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a resort-style pool with water features, fitness center and clubhouse, dog play park and business center.

“The San Antonio multifamily market continues to experience strong investor demand from a wide variety of investors from across the country, in this case a private family office from the upper midwest,” Balthrope said.
