300-Unit Residences at Legacy Unveiled

High Street Residential and Principal Real Estate Investors joined forces to develop The Residences at Legacy, a 300-unit apartment complex in Legacy Town Center, near Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, TX. Construction on the 25-story tower will begin this month.

The project will offer one, two and three-bedroom units, sized from 661  to more than 3,000 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, conference rooms, a business center and media room. Outdoor features offer a resort pool, fire pits and grilling areas and a large dog park. Also included is a 24/7 luxury concierge service.

“The Residences at Legacy present a unique opportunity to provide luxury living, comparable to Dallas’ Uptown submarket,” said Joel Behrens, principal with Trammell Crow Co. and High Street Residential. “We are pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with the city of Plano and Principal Real Estate Investors,” he added.
