Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 30-unit apartment property located in Alsip, Illinois. The 30-unit multifamily building is located at 3700 West 119th Street.

Based out of the firm’s Oak Brook office, Ryan Engle, senior managing director, Andrean Angelov, senior vice president, and Zack Mahoney, associate had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle and Angelov.

Situated in the village of Alsip in Cook County, the property has convenient access to Interstate 294, Interstate 57 and Route 50 and is walking distance to a PACE bus stop. Built in 1968, the property features a mix of mostly two-bedroom units. It is surrounded by restaurants and numerous retail destinations, and the property has ample off-street parking, designated tenant storage, and an on-site laundry facility.
